Following a review of the Trusts disciplinary investigation and hearing practices in line with areas of best practice highlighted by NHS England and NHS Improvement to all NHS organisations, the People and Organisation Development Committee and the Joint Negotiating Committee have jointly agreed a Disciplinary Policy Statement of Intent which will guide the development of practice and policy at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.
