Submit your nomination for the Sister Dora Award 2024
Have you or a loved one received outstanding care from an individual or team at Walsall Healthcare?
If so, please nominate them for our Sister Dora Award at the 2024 Annual Excellence Awards. This award is open to the public, and is a chance to say “thank you” to a team or staff member who has gone above and beyond.
The annual awards recognise the hard work and dedication of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across the organisation. More details will follow on the date/time of this year’s event.
Please complete the form online before 5pm on Friday 5 January 2024 and be as detailed as you possibly can.
