Come and see us at Walsall Pride

With Sugababes star Mutya Buena, acts from the X Factor and The Voice, plenty of music and laughter and sexual health staff on hand for a chat this year’s Walsall Pride is the place to be!

Staff from Walsall Integrated Sexual Health (WiSH) will be at the free event in the town’s Gallery Square from 12noon this Saturday 24 August, to highlight the support available for people of all ages in the borough. They will be handing out freebies, including condoms, and promoting online testing kits.

Senior Sister Becky Chell said: “Walsall Pride is a fabulous, fun event with a great atmosphere and for us it’s an opportunity to promote the services we offer – some of which Walsall Pride visitors may not be familiar with.

“We’re very welcoming and want to reassure visitors – and anyone else out and about in Walsall this Saturday - that they can ask us absolutely anything. We’re non-judgemental and just want to offer support to ensure people are safe and well.”

Check out the WiSH website www.walsallsexualhealth.co.uk for more details of the support available.
