Important information for diabetic patients and their GPs

Walsall Healthcare is still running diabetic foot clinics for those patients who have foot ulcers/wounds, in line with NHS England advice during the COVID-19 pandemic. The contact details for appointments/referrals are:

An email has also been set up for patients/referrers to send photos of foot pathologies which can be viewed and, if necessary, advice will then be given over the phone if patients can’t attend an appointment. NHS and/or hospital number
Date of birth
