Fair Oaks Day Hospice is a Nurse-led service providing palliative patients with support at Walsall Palliative Care Centre.

It offers a Living Well Programme, Fatigue and Breathlessness group (FAB), and various groups that support for patient with long term needs.

These sessions aim to improve patients’ overall wellbeing and management of their condition.

The team works closely with a wide range of other healthcare professionals and teams such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Lymphoedema, Palliative Clinical Nurse Specialists, Counselling, Psychology, Complementary Therapy, Pastoral, Spiritual and Religious Care.

Fair Oaks Day Hospice is based at Walsall Palliative Care Centre, Goscote Lane, Walsall, WS3 1SJ.

How to access the service


Patients with mild to moderate symptoms relating to their palliative disease can be referred by any healthcare professional. They must be residents of the Walsall borough (or within a two-mile radius of the border) and be registered with a GP within Walsall.
