Health Records
The team look after all Trust patient medical records in the Health Records Library. This includes:
- Storage of patient records
- Locate, retrieve and deliver patient records
- Locate and retrieve notes for Outpatient Clinics
- Weed out non-active patient records for off-site storage
- Subject Access Requests (SARS)
- Registration of deaths on Lorenzo
- Frontline telephone for patient queries external and internal
Hours of operation
The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
