Living With and Beyond Cancer Team
What we do
The living with and beyond cancer team is here to help support you through your cancer journey and beyond. The team provides holistic needs assessments, addressing your physical, emotional, psychological, practical, spiritual, mental, and social needs. The team can provide information on support, signpost you to other services and organisations. It also facilitates health and well-being events throughout the year. The team will support your clinical nurse specialist or navigator to complete holistic needs assessments and treatment summaries, so that your GP practise can complete cancer care reviews with you.
